(hereinafter, "the Company") undertakes, as the Data Controller of your personal data, to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure that the processing of your data is in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR") and Organic Law 3/2018.
The Company processes your personal data lawfully and fairly, ensuring that it receives adequate protection and that it is not subject to misuse.
